The DropInCare Sage can be setup to work on multiple computers at your center, letting you use the program from any computer at the center that is connected to your center's network (all of the computers that can go online at your center are automatically in your center's network. Please see our installation instructions for specifics.) Your software purchase includes remote, web-based setup, installation, and troubleshooting of your center's network for the first 60 days after purchase. After 60 days from purchase, we are available for network setup on a pay per incident basis.

The DropInCare Sage comes with 1 year of support and updates. After the first year, you can renew your support for the upcoming year. Renewal is never required to use your software. However, most centers renew their support to call or email us with questions and to get new versions.

Networking support includes helping you use the DropInCare Sage over your center's existing and functioning network. Please keep in mind that all of the computers that you want to run the DropInCare Sage on must be able to see and access each other.

You can download our software immediately after you purchase it, and we always send you the DropInCare Sage Software Package via USPS mail with your purchase.
